The biography of the infamous Capt. George W. Graham is now available. Graham made a name for himself at the Battle of Goldsboro Bridge as well as for looting and burning throughout the areas of eastern North Carolina, specifically Washington, New Bern, Greenville, Black Jack, Newport, all areas that he ran around in with his cavalry of the 1st North Carolina Union Volunteers. He was in command of Company L from approx May 1863 until the end of the war.
